Paul S. Evangelista has served many clients In the Bankruptcy and Debt Reorganization field. Mr. Evangelista concentrates his practice in Consumer and Commercial Bankruptcy Law and related matters, including debt negotiation, debt reorganization, work-outs, and collection matters, including litigation and debtor-creditor relations. Mr. Evangelista has represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases successfully throughout New Jersey.

Mr. Evangelista is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of New Jersey and the Federal Bars of the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Evangelista received his B.A. Degree from Lehigh University and his Law Degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
